PFL taught me how to live in a community, working in harmony towards restoring the life of the dogs and men that seek redemption and second chances.

What does Paws for Life mean to me? It means provision. This program provided me an opportunity to meet Tiger. His love is therapeutic, he meets each day with interest, curiosity and despite his struggles he’s gentle. He embraces every minute with energy, and resilience he helped me find my inner “Tiger”. The dog program has helped change my and given me a second chance. I want to give back to the dog by helping take care of the dogs. By giving them a better life and help others that love dogs. The dog program changed my way of thinking and helped me understand.

Paws for Life has been a real blessing to me. It is a privilege to have an opportunity to work with these pups and group of outstanding men. I will carry this experience for a lifetime.

Rescuing and training these precious animals has ironically taught me a great deal about being human. I’ve learnt that being kind to someone is a self-gratifying gift that actually benefits the giver just as much as the receiver. Paws up!
