My name is Thomas Espinoza and I joined the PFL dog program because I love dogs. I’ve had dogs my entire and they were always my best friend and someone I could depend on. I want other families to enjoy the same unconditional love I had from my dogs, so it’s important to me that I have this opportunity to help train and prepare them to be well-mannered members of their new family. Also, working as a member of a team will help me grow as a person and develop my interpersonal communication skills. I have witnessed how other men in PFL have developed a deeper understanding of empathy, and the ability to place the needs of another being ahead of their own. Working with dogs is a privilege and I know they’re going to teach me far more than I can teach them.
