I joined the Paws For Life program because I love dogs. Working with these amazing animals has given me the opportunity to grow as a person. I was accustomed to selfish behavior, but I now find joy in placing the needs of our dogs ahead of my own. This picture of Kiwi and I is a wonderful reflection of the bonds I have built with these precious dogs. I can honestly say that my rehabilitation is directly tied to my experience in PFL. I refuse to be the person I once was, and PFL has given me the tools to remain on a positive path.
