Today I am no longer the selfish and inconsiderate person I once was. Over the years I’ve take the necessary steps towards bettering myself and changing my perspectives on life. Through the many self help programs I was able to learn not only the skills I needed in life, but also how to be a better human being. My life today consists of living amend, always being of service. Being a part of PFL has allowed me the opportunity to personalize the trauma the dogs have suffered from, being that I am a product of the same abuse. It rejoices me to know that the person I am today is responsible for the rebuilding and transformation of a once broken spirit.
After remaining disciplinary free for a few years, I was able to submit an application and now I member of PFL gives me not only the opportunity to restore the life of the dogs, but also correlate with other ethnic groups where there’s no racial barriers and the common goal is to rebuild the lives of the dogs as well as ours.
