My name is Ed’Wayne Smith, and I have been a part of the Paws for Life program since its beginning in 2014. Paws for Life K9 Rescue is the missing bridge between politicians, law enforcement a safer society and true rehabilitation that is removed from any financial motives to hamper a fair assessment or opportunity to return to society. We use dogs for so many things in life that they have proven they are better at, like comfort, PTSD, Guide Dogs for the Blind, Seizure Dogs, Search and Rescue as well as a host of other vital life uses, that they are better at than current services. So why not allow them to be a center focus on rehabilitation. Besides the most common reason we adopt dogs is for security reasons, so many we trust them to do their natural jobs. “Look after the human race.” Making our societies a safer place.
