Taju - Released

I was born in the country of Ethiopia when I was surrounded by wild animals – Lions, Cheetah, Hyenas, and Elephants.
I always loved the animals and wanted one for myself, but of course I could not have any of these animals. I still liked to watch them. It was my 11th year when I caught a baby monkey who quickly became my best friend. For 3 years after coming to America I never had a pet or family animals. But when I saw the dogs at CMF, with the other men training them, I began to think about my pet monkey. I was allowed to pet one of the dogs while I was waiting to become a part of Paws for Life; since that day on 1/14/2020. I was so happy to hear that I have been accepted that my eyes watered.
