Originally a favorite of shelter volunteers, Victor has managed to win over everyone at PFL too! With his beautiful chocolate brindle, he’s as sweet as candy. Don’t let Victor’s permanent puppy eyes fool you, he’s a happy go lucky dog who would love to go on walks and hikes in an active home. Victor is looking forward to honing his leash skills for all the adventuring in our Prison Training Program, for which he qualifies for 6 weeks of free training.
